The 40 waterfront acres include a dramatically positioned restaurant, bar and clubhouse, 3 infinity edge swimming pools, palm fringed beach, sailing school, childcare facilities, spa treatments and colourful gardens. The azure waters of Nonsuch Bay are framed by a rich tropical landscape of green rolling hills, white sandy beaches, a barrier reef of gleaming turquoise and uninhabited islands. Cooled by the trade winds and sheltered from the ocean, it is a tranquil haven and home to wildlife including dolphins and turtles.

Accommodations feature spacious bay view suites and intimate beach cottages, in a West Indian Georgian colonial style. Decoration is in a clean luxurious style with hardwood floors, white walls and contemporary furniture. Kitchens are by Studio Becker with Viking and Kohler appliances. Specification of the suites includes air-conditioning, wifi, flat screen TV, cable television, iPod compatible sound system, safe, coffee machine, large refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer and full inventory of glassware, crockery and cutlery. Rates include daily maid service.

The Bay at Nonsuch is the resort’s dramatically positioned all inclusive restaurant enjoying aspects out to the barrier reef, across the infinity pool and along the beach. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served on a series of shaded terraces. Award winning executive chef Mitchell Husbands creates menus drawing inspiration from local Caribbean produce and international cuisine. All meals for All Inclusive guests are taken in the Bay at Nonsuch. Other guests may book meals at the restaurant by reservation at least one day in advance, subject to availability.

1 Bedroom Suite: With 900 sq. ft. of interior space, each suite is generously proportioned and fully furnished with high ceilings and french windows opening onto a wide wraparound terrace which is shaded and furnished for private relaxation. Suites are located on the hillside in the second or third row back from the beach and they enjoy fabulous views. Each suite has a bedroom with a king-size bed and premium bedding, an en-suite bathroom and a large open plan living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a lounging and dining area. The suite is fully air-conditioned and has an entertainment system including widescreen LCD TV, cable television, ipod dock and free Wifi Internet.

2 Bedroom Suite:With 1400 sq. ft. of interior space, each 2-Bedroom Suite is generously proportioned and fully furnished with high ceilings and french windows opening onto furnished terrace areas for private relaxation. These suites are located on the hillside in the second or third row back from the beach and enjoy fabulous views. Each suite has two similar sized bedrooms with premium bedding and access to a terrace. The bedroom with a king-size bed has an en-suite bathroom and the second bedroom has twin beds and an adjacent bathroom. Please enquiry regarding availability of a two bedroom suite with king-size beds in both bedrooms. Each suite has a large open plan living room, a fully equipped kitchen and both a lounging and a dining area. The suite is fully air-conditioned and has an entertainment system including a widescreen LCD TV, cable television, ipod dock and free Wifi Internet.

3 Bed Suite: ith 2500 sq. ft. of interior space, a 3-Bedroom Suite is very generously proportioned with accommodation over 2 floors, high ceilings and french windows opening onto large terraces on both floors. The suite is located on the hillside in the third row back from the beach where its elevated position enhances a fabulous view of the bay and coastline. Each suite has two bedrooms with king-size beds, premium bedding, en-suite bathrooms and access to a terrace. The third bedroom has twin beds and also an en-suite bathroom. The suite has an extra large open plan living room, a fully equipped kitchen and both a lounging and dining area. The suite is fully air-conditioned and has an entertainment system including widescreen LCD TV, cable television, ipod dock and free Wifi Internet.

Beach Cotages: Each Beach Cottage is located directly behind the palm fringed sandy beach and enjoys a view over the bay. A large open plan living area is at the centre of 1400 sq. ft. of interior space. Its high ceiling adds to the sense of space and french windows open onto a wide covered veranda with outdoor furniture for private relaxation. Each cottage has two similar sized bedrooms with premium bedding and french windows on to the veranda. One bedroom has a king-size bed with en-suite bathroom and the second bedroom has twin beds and an adjacent bathroom. Interiors are decorated in a clean, luxurious style with hardwood floors, white walls and contemporary furniture. Each cottage is air-conditioned throughout and has a full kitchen, entertainment systems including widescreen LCD TV, cable television, ipod dock and Free Wifi Internet.

Bar: Drinks, cocktails and snacks are available at the bar or to enjoy in snug corners on the terraces, or the clubhouse lounge.

Provisioning / Grocery Service: The resort offers a pre-arrival provisioning service for stocking the guests residence with food and drinks at the cost of the items plus a service charge of US$ 100. Orders must be place with the resort 48 hours in advance.

Resort Shop: The small resort shop is open 7 days a week and stocks a range of essential groceries, snacks, ice cream, beach wear and gift items.

Spa Treatments: Spa treatments are available by appointment and are taken in the privacy of the guest’s apartment or on their private shaded terrace. Spa Treatment menu available on request.

Sailing and Kitesurfing Schools

Guests can enjoy Nonsuch Bay’s outstanding conditions for small boat sailing and kitesurfing through the comprehensively equipped sailing facilities. The fleet of 25 sailboats operates from the boat dock and water sports beach, which is conveniently overlooked by the clubhouse and restaurant. Guests of all ages and levels of experience are encouraged to participate, whether to gently explore the stunning bay, improve on their skills or for exhilarating and competitive sailing. Sailing instructors offer both private and group sailing tuition as well as guided sailing tours, sailing games, informal racing and excursions. Kitesurfing and windsurfing rental and instruction is offered on site and year round by the 40Knots School with IKO certified instructors.
