Mai Chau Valley is set in the stunningly beautiful, mountainous region of Hoa Binh Province, 135km south west of Hanoi. Many of Vietnam's indigenous ethnic minority groups live in the region, making the local Sunday markets colourful places to be! Throughout the week the region provides an excellent base for light trekking or cycling, thanks to the picturesque valleys and rice paddy terraces, the friendly locals and the many small villages that make ideal destinations to break from your day's activities.

Sol Bungalow offers four different kinds of accommodations: Pool Deluxe Room, Deluxe Bungalow, Family Bungalow and Master Suite. All rooms are elegantly decorated and come equipped with a flat-screen TV, air conditioning and a minibar. Extras include a seating area and a DVD player. The bungalow offers spacious interiors.

Pool Deluxe room and Master Suite are in the 2-storey building while Deluxe bungalow and Family bungalow are separate bungalows. The Master Suite and Family Bungalow are the largest rooms of the property (80 m2); the Master offers pool and Valley view and the Family Valley view. The Pool Deluxe (includes Pool view) and Deluxe Bungalows are 40m2 and offer views from the valley.

The restaurant “Place de la Sol” offers authentic food with the local flavor, that will surely be one of your favourites while staying at Sol Bungalows. It is overlooking the lush rice paddies and emerald mountain ranges and offers amazing set menus.

Sol Bungalow organizes amazing activities for their guests, our favorites are the walking ethnic tour, the sunday market tour, the cycling tour and the traditional dances show.
