"Beautiful hotel, lovely room, excellent service, good restaurant!" - Judith S, Dec 2019

La Siesta Premium Cau Go (formerly called La Siesta Central) is one of our most recent favourite-finds in Hanoi. The newest addition to the award-winning La Siesta group (which is unique to Vietnam); so expect outstanding personal service, sophistication, luxury, and great down-to-earth genuine customer service is ensured by their impeccably well trained staff.

The hotel offers different kinds of accommodations in both suites and rooms. All the rooms are fitted with double glazed glass windows to keep street noise to a minimum; and most offer choice between King sized bed or 2 Single beds, with beautiful dark wooden floors, individual air conditioning, beautifully designed fitted furniture and glass and marble bathrooms.

The smaller rooms range from 22 to 28 m2. The smallest of the rooms - the deluxe rooms do not have windows and we do not book those. The executive rooms have a window but without a view whereas the Junior Suites are higher so have a better view. These room categories do not have space for an extra bed if you have a child or third person travelling with you.

The Central Suite is 33 m2 and located at the front side on the upper floors with open windows and small French Balcony - we love this room and think it is the perfect upgrade! The Balcony La Siesta Suite has larger balcony area and it’s 35 m2 so a good option if you need an extra bed in the room. The largest room in the property is the Premium La Siesta Suite Balcony with 45 m2, a large bathroom area with bathtub and a private balcony with city views. (If you want a balcony which you can sit on go for the La Siesta Suite or Premier La Siesta Suite)

The hotel hosts a well recognised all-day dining restaurant, The Red Bean, located in the 7th floor of the building with amazing views and a large balcony area. It offers traditional north Vietnamese dishes, a memorable afternoon tea service and a the place to be at happy hour!
There’s also an amazing rooftop bar with a very sophisticated yet approachable vibe: a spiral staircase leads from Red Bean to the bat, offering 270-degree city views on one side and the lake on the other.

Finally, La Siesta Central Spa is not to be missed, offering traditional vietnamese treatments with great western-style impeccably kept facilities.

The property is located 200 m from Ngoc Son Temple and 400 m from Hoan Kiem Lake, and a stone throw distance from the city heart.

Our tip: do make sure you head to the rooftop bar, it's our favourite in the city and we send people here even when they don't stay here!
