Nestled in a peaceful jungle island of Ninh Van Bay. Set among the secluded island with natural waterfalls in the towering mountain surroundings, the resort offers breathtaking ocean views and tropical mountain vistas from the villas.

Located approximately 20 kilometers north of Nha Trang city, the estate is a 45 minute flight from Tan Son Nhat airport (SGN) in Ho Chi Minh City, an hour and a half from Noi Bai airport (HAN) in Ha Noi capital city

Ka Lam Resort offers five different kinds of accommodations: Jungle Rock Villa, Bay View Pool Villa, Beach Pool Villa, Beachfront Pool Villa and Treetop Pool Villa. All Villas are air-conditioned, equipped with entertainment system (IPTV) with complimentary movies and music, have an electronic safe, Minibar & Wine Cellar and Espresso Machine and In-room coffee & tea service. All Ka Lam luxury villas offer verandah with comfy sofa to ease out your day and private pools, except for Jungle Rock Villas.

Tree Top Villas are the largest and ideal for guests who require absolute privacy (75 sqm; 12 metres off the ground and with stunning views of the bay). Beachfront Villas are slightly smaller and offer beachfront view and are a few steps from the beach. Beach Pool Villas are the same size, as well as offer Beachfront View but a little further from the beach. Bay Pool Villas are in the smaller range of rooms and offer Ocean views. Jungle Rock Villas are the same size but don’t have a private pool and offer amazing views of the Tropical Green Jungle.

Ka Lam Resort has among its facilities a Jungle Spa, Fitness Room, Complimentary Deli and fresh fruit, In-villa dining, Infinity Pool on beach, Art Museum as well as Signature excursions

There are three dining options: SEN Restaurant, an all-day dining restaurant on the beach that serves Western and Vietnamese food as well as Live Seafood! For alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks with snacks, the day option is the Beach Bar and for the evening the ECO Roof Top Bar located on the 1st floor open deck above SEN Restaurant
