"We had a beach-front bungalow and it was fab! Definitely worth the upgrade to beach front for us. We swam in the sea several times a day and enjoyed the pools too. We totally got to relax here after lots of sight-seeing on trip." - Allison B, Jan 2020

"So impressed with Green Bay. We had a fabulous Xmas dinner last night. Xmas day has been Yoga at 6, speed boat to the islands South for snorkelling etc. Amazing!" - Luke W, Dec 2019

"This was a beautiful resort. We felt relaxed in our own lodge and really appreciated that the resort was discrete and sympathetically blended into its surroundings. It is great that they offer different activities throughout the week, such as BBQ night and Fish Market night, along with cooking classes." - Leanne McA, Feb 2019

It was love at first sight when we first inspected Green Bay in May 2018. An effortless blend of luxury and eco tourism tucked away in a secluded spot surrounded by greenery and the ocean, this is perfect for those who don't just want a beach break but also want to connect with nature.

The beach here is not the long, endless beach that you will find elsewhere on the island, but it's a pretty little cove with natural coral and kayaks are available for guests so it will win points with nature lovers that like to get off the beaten track as it is a fairly isolated spot.

Green Bay offers 5 different types of accommodation, all of which are incredible spacious and are really villas rather than rooms. Boasting natural and sustainably-sourced materials, they feel like the natural extension to their surroundings. All are fitted with air conditioning as well as a lovely seating area with sofa and a private terrace that opens up to stunning garden or sea views. Private bathrooms come equipped with bath/shower.

The main difference between the room types is their location. The Garden view bungalows are at the back of the resort and furthest from the beach with views of the exquisitely maintained garden. The villas are 90m2 and boast an outdoor bathtub and rain shower. They equipped with 1 King Size bed or 2 Single beds options and extra bed are available, as well as connecting room available on request which makes it a great option for families.
The Green view bungalow is very similar, yet it offers views of tropical greenery around the property and cannot be connected to another room, offering a more private setting. The Bay view bungalow, with indoor bathtubs and slightly more spacious, and boast sweeping views of the seafront.
The Private beach villa has similar interiors yet it overlooks your own stretch of the shore in the hotel’s secluded bay, and is encircled by Myrtle trees to ensure full privacy. This is for sure the best bet for a romantic getaway.
The Beachfront villa with pool is the largest accommodation on the property: a villa right on the beach. It boasts a large living space that covers an area of 300m2 and a pool (please note this is shared with the neighbouring villa). It consists of 3 bedrooms with options of Double or Single beds and extra bed available upon request, hosting up to 6 people comfortably. The ideal stay for larger families or a trip with your group of friends.

For dining options, there are two great options on site: the Green Bay and the Dream Bay restaurant. The first serving all-day restaurant, serving fresh, local food with a nice balance between western and local cuisine. The second offers an unbeatable outdoor seating overlooking the ocean and fantastic light yet delicious cooking.

Green Bay also has an onsite Spa called Sim Valley, a very well appointed stand-alone space, consisting of 3 cottages, offering some of the best treatments in the island. Guests can use the kayaks at the resort too, and be sure to snorkel on the coral reef here.

The resort enjoys as well a top-location, with the famous Fish Sauce Factory and Cau Temple 6 km away, while Su Muon Pagoda is 7.6 km away. Phu Quoc International Airport is 13 km from the property.

Our tip: If you fancy a splurge go for the private beach villa - we think it's worth it!
