Besqala Guest House is a simple guest house in Nukus with a great location in the city centre and close to supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. This two-storey building is a great base during your travels, just over a mile and a half from Nukus airport and under a mile from attractions such as the central bazaar, where you can discover a lively hub of locals selling local delicacies like samsa, fresh from the tandoor oven; and dried yohurt balls called kurut. Besqala Guesthouse is also within easy reach of the city museum.
The guest house serves up a continental breakfast in the morning and there is a communal kitchen for rustling up picnic lunches. You can relax in the large courtyard, which has a shared lounge area; and keep everyone updated with your travels using the Wi-Fi. The staff speak English and are happy to arrange bike hire for you during your stay. The accommodation is simple and there are five shared shower cabins available, plus three toilets within the guest house.
