  • Villas Ying and Yang are truly exceptional private villas with infinity pools in Kalkan. As you enter the villas you will be greeted by huge floor to ceiling windows, and breath-taking views out to sea and over towards the pretty harbour.

Quite remarkably, each villa boasts 2 infinity pools, which is certainly not the norm, but gives guests the opportunity to socialise with others or simply float around peacefully whilst gazing out to sea.

The impressive fully-equipped kitchen, living and dining room are open-plan, allowing the light to flood through the windows and the dazzling views can be embraced throughout the villas. On this floor is also a spacious twin bedroom with en-suite shower room, and doors open out on to one of the poolside terraces.

On the second floor, are the 2 master double bedrooms, both with floor to ceiling windows, en-suite shower room and unsurprisingly, magnificent views from the king-size beds. Both rooms have a private balcony, one of which opens out on to a large terrace with comfy day bed whilst the other balcony leads to the terrace and one of the 2 inviting pools.

Beautifully designed by Ipek, the owner-designer of the award-winning luxury Hotel Villa Mahal, her impeccable taste and skill is showcased throughout these stunning villas. Despite being self-catering, guests are welcome to use the waterside restaurant at the hotel’s beach club which is moments away. As an added bonus, guests are also invited to enjoy the superb Sunday brunch there. The beach club is renowned for being one of the best in Kalkan, with plenty of bathing platforms built into rocks, you have direct access to the crystalline Mediterranean below, not to mention the abundance of water sports that are available.

From the waterfront, there is also a complimentary water taxi that will whisk you to and from Kalkan if you fancy a spot of shopping or sampling one of the many rooftop and seafront restaurants, or if you prefer a stroll, the heart of the old town is a mere 20 minute meander downhill.

  • Due to the villa's hillside location, it is not suitable for young children or those with mobility issues.
