Villa Gunbatimi is a sleek, contemporary 3 bedroom private villa in Kalkan. As you enter this fine property you are greeted by a huge open-plan living space and almost an entire wall of glass showcasing the utterly magnificent views out to sea and over Kalkan.

This luxury villa has 3 double rooms, all with a comfy king-size bed, there are 2 on the lower-ground floor, each with an en-suite bathroom, (one with bath and the other has a shower). There is also a useful kitchenette on this level, ideal for making that morning cuppa before an invigorating dip in the pool just a few steps below.

On the first floor is the spacious master double room with en-suite shower room and spectacular sea views from the king-size bed. Up some external steps takes you to the fabulous roof terrace with barbecue, seating and sun loungers, an idyllic spot to watch the sun set over the bay.

Aside from the beautiful kidney-shaped swimming pool on the pretty flower-filled terrace, guests of Villa Gunbatimi also have access to the fantastic Villa Mahal beach club just moments away, as well as their excellent waterside restaurant and complimentary water taxi service. Due to the villa's hillside location, it is not suitable for young children or those with mobility issues.
