At just a minutes walk into the cobblestoned centre, this is one of the most sought after locations in Kalkan for a convenient stay. Within a few steps you are awarded with a huge choice of restaurants, little shops and of course - the beach. It’s important to note this location offers less privacy and quiet than the hillside spots, but is simply ideal for families or groups looking to walk out for the evening every night.

The villa is simple and rustic and full of charm, with rooms quite spacious for a villa in town, with lots of light. You have great views over Kalkan Bay from the elevated roof terrace. There is a lovely swimming pool starting from right under the lounge window, and it’s surrounded by a terrace for sunbathing and outdoor dining.

The ground floor is open-plan, with a well equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, hob, oven, kettle, toaster and microwave), a good sized dining table for 6 guests, and then a cosy lounge area. There is also an outside dining table and BBQ. There is one double bedroom downstairs, then two upstairs (one double and one twin) Carry on upstairs again for the roof terrace.
