Villa Ayala is a stunning luxury 5 bedroom villa in the Kızıltaş area of Kalkan, perfect for a family or group of friends looking for a high end property with fantastic facilities. On the first floor, prepare to be pampered in the lovely Turkish hammam, there are also 2 further double bedrooms on this floor with en-suite bathroom and balcony with views over the harbour and out to sea.

On the top floor it the twin bedroom with large furnished roof terrace, a stunning spot for a pre-dinner drink as the sun sets behind the hillside. Of course, in the summer months, most of the time is spent outside on the terrace and mature garden, lazing by the pool and enjoying relaxing meals al fresco in the shade of the pergola.

Despite the elevated location of Villa Ayala, it is only a 15 minute stroll downhill into Kalkan town, and if you don’t fancy the walk back up after an indulgent meal in one of the many superb restaurants, taxis are readily available to whisk you back to your sumptuous villa.
