Located in the middle of 230 acres of vineyards, Barbare operates an organic, sustainable and biodynamic agriculture philosophy.

The Wine House located in the middle of the vines is open year round for day and overnight visitors, welcome to tour the site and taste the wine. It's a striking spot, with cosy fireplace for winter and terraces for summer and on a clear day you can even see as far as the Marmara Sea.

The standard rooms are simple but well equipped and fine for a night or two. There are also rooms with balcony and lovely vineyard views, which are worth the extra cost. Your stay here will be quite remote, so all meals will be taken on site. The food is tasty and good quality and served in beautiful surroundings.
