Perfect for couples, friends or small families, the 2-bedroom pool villa (180 sqm) is built on two levels and has 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms.
The main level (first level) includes a spacious living area with a dining table and a fully equipped open kitchen, 1 bedroom with sea view and en suite bathroom. Outdoors, the villa offers a large deck area with infinity pool and an Asian Sala.
The second level located on the lower floor includes 1 bedroom with a bathroom offering stunning view over the sea, and a private balcony. This bedroom has its own entrance and can be set either with 1 king size bed or 2 singles beds, depending on needs.

Perfect for families or groups of friends up to 6 people, the 250 sqm 3-bedroom villa is built on two levels and has 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms.
The first level includes a spacious living room with dining area and an open kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with sea view and one with garden view) and 2 bathrooms with rain shower.
Outdoors, the villa offers a large balcony with infinity pool, a rain shower and an «Asian Sala» with mattresses and cushions.
The second level is located on the lower floor with the third bedroom, dressing room and bathroom. This bedroom has its own entrance and you will have the choice between 1 King Size bed or 2 singles beds, depending on your needs.

The rates include taxi transfer from the pier to the villa (arrival) and from the villa to the pier (departure), complimentary mineral water, tea and coffee, towels, shampoo, shower gel, Wifi, and daily cleaning.
Please note that the villas are up on the hill and some part of the road are quite steep, if you are use to ride a motorbike it shouldn't be a problem, otherwise the team can arrange a taxi (300THB per way). They also offer free shuttles from 8am until 10pm.

You will get a phone during your stay for contact the tean, if you need any assistance with anything. The main center and beach Sairee is at less than 5min drive (by foot as the road is steep it's a long way to go).
