The Villas
There are a number of different types of villas on the resort, with different prices. The Deluxe Villas are laid out in pairs sharing a detached pavilion, a private terrace and a spacious bathroom with an indoor and outdoor shower. The Grand Deluxe villas are larger with more spacious living areas and private terraces. The Grand Deluxe Pool Villas have all of this plus either a private swimming pool or plunge pool while the Junior Pool Suite feature the latest in multimedia entertainment, a private pool with Jacuzzi, King-size bed and a large terrace. The large and luxurious Grand Pool Suites feature private infinity-edge swimming pools with views overlooking the Andaman Sea, a large sun deck and an open-air relaxation pavilion. Finally, the Lighthouse offers a really unique stay, once used at the island's official lighthouse, it offers guests a private pool, terrace, sun deck and observation lounge with 360 degree views of Racha Island and the Andaman Sea.

The Facilities
There is a selection of bars and restaurants at the resort. Sunset Beach, set on the shores of the sea, is a casual restaurant serving local specialties and snacks for lunch, and fresh barbequed sea food and steaks for dinner. The resort's fine dining option is the Firegrill Restaurant, which is located on the pool deck but serves pizza and pasta during the day and Club del Mar offers Mediterranean cuisine while you sunbathe. There is also a contemporary style international cafe on site called the Earth Cafe and the Ice Bar with live entertainment is an ideal venue for cocktails, pre-dinner drinks or an after-dinner night cap.

The Racha is an environmentally conscious resort; for every tree that has been cut, two have been planted to replace it. All villas have double thick exterior walls - to reduce load on air-conditioning and the condensate water from the air-conditioning system is recycled for use in foot baths outside each villa.

Aside from enjoying the beach and marine life there are plenty of other things to do on this little island which is just 35 minutes by boat from Phuket. The Anumba Spa offers a variety of treatments and there is also yoga and tennis on offer. Snorkelling, canoeing and mountain biking can all be easily arranged.

It is important to mention that the beach the resort is located at is so stunning (turquoise water) that it attracts lots of day tourists as well. This means that the beach of the resort may be crowded during day time. However, transfers to some of the islands other lovely beaches are offered from the Racha or you can pick up a bike and find them independently.
