This exclusive haven of luxury is an adults-only hideaway set amidst the azure blue waters of the Andaman Sea. It is located on Phra-Ae-Beach, which stretches for more than one kilometre on Koh Lanta Yai’s west coast.

The Rooms
The hotel features 57 guestrooms and suites comprising 44 Garden Pavilion rooms, 4 Grand Garden Pavilion rooms, 2 Terrace Suites, 3 Beach Suites, 3 Ocean Deluxe Suites and one La Maison. All are designed in contemporary Thai style, complete with large balconies. Decor and furnishings are both natural and luxurious.

All rooms have either king-size double beds or separate twin beds with goose-down duvets, as well as a large daybed serving both as a daytime sitting area and as a third bed at night if needed. Bathrooms are fitted with bathtubs and separate showers, while the suites also boast an open-air garden showers.

The Garden Pavilion rooms (49 sqm) are located in 11 separate two-storey units, each with four guestrooms, nestled within landscaped gardens, offering garden and mountain views.

The Grand Garden Pavilions (55 sqm) boast a separate dining area, modern technological touches, a larger balcony with outdoor sofa as well as direct access to the new ‘Wellness Pool’ from the lower floor rooms. These rooms also include plentiful amenities, tea and coffee making facilities, a choice of pillows from the hotel's pillow menu to just name a few.

The Terrace Suites (60 sqm) offer an expansive outdoor living room and terrace with its own separate pantry and generously stocked minibar. They have an all-glass bathroom with rain shower and Jacuzzi bath tub.

The Beach Suites (59 square metres) are single-storeyed units perched on the edge of the beach overlooking the sea. The direct proximity to the beach is what makes this room category special.

The Ocean Deluxe Suites (88 sqm) , set back from the beach, are laid out over two storeys, with an open upstairs sala offering 270-degree views. Complete with desk, daybed and minibar upstairs, this room category allows to sleep “under the stars” with only a net to protect against mosquitoes.

Finally, La Maison, a luxurious 2 storey townhouse offers a truly private and luxurious experience. Within its 265 sqm of lavish spaces are floor-to-ceiling windows, wraparound balconies, separate living and dining areas, three bathrooms and Koh Lanta’s largest private villa pool. A 24 hour Butler service spoils even the most well-traveled international guests, as nothing is too much to ask for.

The Facilities
For long, cool drinks and evening cocktails, the Sundowners beach bar offers splendid views of the offshore islands and is the ideal venue to experience unforgettable sunsets. Set on the beachfront, the formal Tides restaurant serves an array of international dishes, Thai and Asian cuisine, seafood and Western dishes.

The Linger Longer Spa is set within the peaceful gardens and a real sanctuary where guests can rediscover their inner harmony.

The hotel has its own luxurious private speedboat which can be booked for transfers. A lazy time in the sun may be enjoyed at the saltwater swimming pool or in the Jacuzzi.
