The Rooms
The 24 Deluxe Rooms (45 sqm) are situated in six separate two-storey buildings. The bedrooms are facing the sea and some of them have a bit of ocean views. The bathrooms come with a separate shower and bathtub.

The Villas are spacious boasting a sea view with either a balcony or a terrace. The rooms are air-conditioned, featuring wooden flooring, coffee/tea facilities, mini bar and satellite TV. The bathrooms, decorated with handmade Thai tiles, offer a separate shower and bath, bathrobe and slippers. All the villas are equipped with a spa bathtub.

The Facilities
The open-air swimming pool is the centrepiece of the resort, surrounded by wooden decking with sun chairs and parasols. The pool has a children's section and the poolside bar serves snacks and refreshments throughout the day. The resort also has a private spa on site where you can enjoy a variety of treatments and massages.

The beachside restaurant, Leelavadee Dining, caters throughout the day. An a la carte menu is offered for lunch and dinner with Thai delicacies and international dishes. You can choose to sit inside under the palm roof, sala-style, or outside on the beach, under the stars.

The Paradise Spa is secluded and privately set in a lush tropical realm with a waterfall. They offer a complete range of massages and oil treatments as well as packages for couples.

The resort is located at Sunset Beach, ones of the most beautiful beaches of the area, and approximately 500m from the centre of Khao Lak, where there is a variety of restaurants, bars and shops to choose from. Its location on the main road makes it very convenient for excursions either on foot or by bus to all destinations in the surrounding area, such as Krabi or Phuket.

A wide range of activities and tours are available in the surrounding area, and can be booked through the resort's front desk. The famous Similan Islands, voted one of the best 10 dive sites in the world, are just a short boat trip away and are a great place to go snorkelling and swimming.
