Fleewinter

This unique family-owned resort is located in a small village, 70 km away from Chiang Mai, and surrounded by teakwood forest. The owner is a retired architect who had started the treehouse project in 2010 as a family vacation home. Each unique treehouse is unqiue and was designed and built with a lot of attention to detail.

The Rooms
The Vine House with a queen-sized bed is located high up on the tree. It has an open-air shower with hot water and features a reading area and a swing.

The Riverview House with a queen-sized bed comes with a river view terrace and a spiral stairway. It has an open-air shower with hot water and a swing.

The Moon House with a queen-sized bed boats a terrace with an upstairs bedroom. It has an open-air shower with hot water.

The Tamarind House with a queen-sized bed is for the adventurous traveller, as it is situated on the tree top. Its small porch offers scenic views. It has an open-air shower with hot water and features a reading area and a swing.

The Jackfruit House with a queen-sized bed and two separate mattresses comes with a private rooftop terrace which offers great views of the river. This house has a bathtub with hot water and a swing.

The Bamboo House with a queen-sized bed and one single bed is surrounded by bamboo and offer a fantastic view over the nearby waterfall. This house has a bathtub.

The Longan Family House with one queen-sized and two single beds is built on a wild Longan tree. The cozy bedroom is situated under the roof. It features a terrace and an open-air shower.

The Rabeang House with one queen-sized bed and one single bed is overlooking the water fall terrace. It has an indoor bathroom with hot water.

The Star Family House with one queen-sized bed and one single bed features a sky view terrace, an open air Shower as well as a swing.

The Coconut Family House with one queen-sized bed and one single bed is located near the stream and has a riverview terrace and an open air shower with hot water.

All rooms include blankets, pillows, bedding and mosquito nets. The tree house has electricity 24 hrs a day, however, on the rare occasion one can experience a powercut.

The Facilities
Once you have made your booking to stay here, we will ask if you would like meals to be included, and we recommend to opt in, as there aren't any restaurants close by and the food is delicious and decently priced. The typical western style breakfast is included in the room rate.

There are plenty of activities to do, some are free some are at additional cost. Guests can rent bicycles and explore the interesting surroundings, fish, bathe in the river and get up close with the dogs, cats, chickens that roam freely.

Please note that the tree house is located 1.5 hrs north of Chiang Mai in a remote mountain village.
