For as long as I can remember, I have always loved exploring and discovering new places. You really needed to keep an eye on me as a small child as I was permanently scurrying off to find out what was behind the next corner.
As I grew older, I had the opportunity to expand my discoveries from ‘just around the corner’ to some of the most fascinating and beautiful places in the world. I have lived and worked in Greece and New York and spend any and all spare time dreaming of the next destination.
My love for all things active; skiing, hiking, horse riding to name but a few luckily counter balances the other big love of my life – food and drink. Having trained as a chef and spent a number of years working in the travel industry, launching Fleewinter Italy gave me the perfect opportunity to combine these great loves against the sophisticated culinary backdrop of Piedmont.
