The House: You enter the villa through antique Mexican doors into a courtyard, with beautiful terra cotta tiles and a lush garden. The top floor consists of the following:-large master bedroom with king size bed and en suite shower room, bedroom 2 with ceiling fan and a queen size four poster bed and en suite shower room, a large sitting/dining room with Cablevision TV and CD and cassette stereo, which leads onto a spacious patio enjoying a spectacular sea view. There is also large, well equipped kitchen.
Ground Floor: The lower floor of the main house is linked by an interior staircase and consists of the following: bedroom 3 with a queen size four poster bed and en suite shower room bedroom 4 - with 2 single beds, bedroom 5 - with a king size bed. bedrooms 4 and 5 share a shower room. This leads onto a spacious patios that runs the whole length of the property and into the garden and to the 20 x 20 U shaped swimming pool and a small sitting pool with jets. All six bedrooms are air conditioned.
A short walk from the kitchen is a guest cottage consisting of a double bedroom with queen size bed and ensuite shower room.
Children up to 3 years old stay free. Staff - maid/cook service daily, 8.30 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. Please note that our housekeepers are not trained nannies and should not be expected to look after and/or babysit infants and children. If you do make babysitting arrangements with the staff, please be advised this is at your own risk.

Tamarind Villa has been recently renovated to a very high standard with much of the exterior in an attractive coral stone finish. The villa is situated on Windward Hills and enjoys views of both the Atlantic and Caribbean Seas.
Villa Ivrea is located at the northern tip of Cap Estate and boasts breathtaking views of both the Atlantic Ocean and the Caribbean Sea. Designed by Dan F. Sater II and built in 2009.
Le Gallerie, a newly renovated and extended villa, is situated above the ocean on the Anse Chastanet road overlooking Soufiere Bay. Guests staying in this villa will experience the stunning views of the Pitons, a World Heritage site, and in the far distance the island of St. Vincent.
Villa Decaj is situated on an elevated site at Cap Estate, overlooking an 18 hole championship golf course, Cas En Bas beach and the Atlantic Ocean on the left and Reduit Beach and the Caribbean Sea to the right. The house is cooled by the Atlantic breeze.
