Honouring the history of this stretch of beach being a fisherman’s refuge, the ‘village houses’ are simple, serene and sustainably built, respecting the nature all around as much as possible. It’s 5 star and you can feel that in the service levels and the thoughtful touches around the property - but it’s understated.
You’ll find 5 cottages, and a total of 12 rooms. Chieftain's Cottage and Mistresses Cottage are both 2 bedroom cottages for private occupancy - and have their own plunge pools. The other cottages vary in size and are booked by room although can be booked completely.
The dining concept at Sama follows the iconic Santani philosophy of ‘six tastes’ designed to bring the body to a perfect state of balance - and the menu is varied including local and international dishes. There is a casual and communal dining vibe, and requesting to eat in different spots around the property is welcomed.
