Pousada do Parque, or Park Eco Lodge, is strategically located within the limits of the Chapada dos Guimarães National Park, at an altitude of 750m and it is set in 500 hectares of private area with two seasonal waterfalls (December to July), an observation tower and several trails providing an unforgettable experience for nature lovers and birdwatchers.

With a small structure of only eight apartments, it was all built with logs reused from woods already cut. It utilises a pioneer project of solar heating and cooling in partnership with German authorities. Its prime location combined with the scenic beauty of Chapada makes it the ideal place for observation of more than 250 species of Cerrado birds, in addition to numerous species of animals, insects and the most varied species of vegetation endemic to the region.

Right next to the Inn, there are trails of easy and moderate levels, two seasonal waterfalls and a gazebo. Our restaurant, Teta de Loba, has a breathtaking view of the National Park, where you have the opportunity to enjoy a wine or beer and the restaurant’s tasty meals whilst watching the sunset or moon rise at the end of a full day of activities. To relax, the lodge offers a swimming pool, a sauna, and a Shala, for Yoga lovers.
