Once the house of the Caid of the Chbanat district in the ancient medina Essaouira, MAISON25O is an eighteenth century riad on a traditional Moroccan street.
With salons on each floor, a large roof terrace, courtyard garden and just six bedrooms MAISON25O offers guests space to escape and relax.
On the ground floor, a salon with beldi sofa and comfy armchairs boasts an exposed original wall and dramatic Moroccan door.
It opens onto a beautiful open air courtyard garden where breakfast is served.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms and a welcoming salon with soft sofas for lounging, reading, working or relaxing.
On the second floor there are an additional three bedrooms along with the snug - a cosy salon with an open fireplace – perfect for chilling, playing cards, reading or relaxing.
The large roof terrace is on three levels – with a 360-degree view of Essaouira from the top tier. From here guests can enjoy unparalleled views of the medina, the port and the sea and forest beyond.
There are sunbeds, chairs, a pergola and – weather permitting - a kitchen serving breakfast.
