The Sea restaurant is the renowned underwater restaurant, which serves gourmet cuisine paired with premium wines, while the Fire teppanyaki lounge offers some of the best Japanese food in the Maldives. The Sky rooftop bar offers fantastic views, lighter dishes and a great drinks menu.

The resort offers a wide range of activities including badminton, table tennis and beach volleyball as well as yoga, cooking classes and guests can also use the tennis courts and fitness centre.

There is an onsite kids club for children aged three to 12, a library with computers and high-speed Internet and if you're lying by the pool you can even borrow a pool iPod.

For Families
This might be the best option for families in the Maldives. There is an educational theme to the activities in the kids club, for example you can join the resident marine biologist for a collection of age appropriate activities that are true adventures – from learning to snorkel or scuba dive, hopping on a boat trip to spot dolphins and identify other marine life, or visiting a nearby island to swim with turtles.

There is also a trampoline park, babysitting service for children 3 months plus, child sized bathrobes in the villas and daily beach games suitable for the whole family.

There is also a dive centre on the island and access to numerous water sports facilities including canoeing, kayaking, sailing, snorkelling and fishing excursions.

The Baa Atoll is a short 35-minute flight by sea plane from Male.
