Accommodation -

Simple white washed Algarvian style bedrooms work in tandem with the relaxing surroundings to create a peaceful escape.

Treatments -

• Sea Salt Exfoliation;A special blend of Flor de Sal – the salt that floats to the surface of the water before the harvest due to the high mineral content which makes it incredibly nutritious for the skin- with fruits and herbs from the garden and their own essential oils, is applied to the whole body. After the salt is gently cleansed off with a warm cloth, the treatment finishes with a gentle massage using locally crafted Oats Milk Lotion.  80 minutes.

•  Reflexology. Reflexology is based on the principle that areas in the feet, hands and other parts of the body relate to the internal organs and other structures of the body. The treatment seeks to relax you, rebalance your body and help your body to heal itself.

• Chakra Healing Massage. Our daily life is constantly subjected to stress, unbalancing our bodies. Through the chakra balance session, we can create an energy field of harmony and balance, contributing to a healthy and harmonious life.

Experiences -

•  Ocean Meditation Expedition. Take a trip to the ocean where you and Janet will walk, meditate and if you are brave, enter the water. If conditions allow, you will take a boat trip to Fuseta island so you can feel completely surrounded by the ocean.

• The Meditative Hike. Walk from the hotel to the Serro da Cabeça in mindfulness. Pass through the Portuguese countryside along an old Roman road. We arrive at a high viewpoint where we can meditate while looking at the horizon of the ocean.

• The Shamanic Voyage. Guided by our dear collaborator Luisa Peres. The guest does not take the voyage, but Luisa herself drums her way into the “Non-Ordinary” world where she will receive a vision. In the vision, she will likely encounter special people, spirit animals, and special locations. All of this story helps the guest understand more where they stand at this moment in their life’s journey. She offers them guidance and they receive a gentle blessing from the journey.

Nourishment -

Feed your body as well as your soul with 3 different specially created and nutritionally  balanced meals. Using local sourced produce and herbs grown in the garden but with a modern twist. Think Cucumber Lemonade and Tomato Sorbet.

Facilities -

In among the nine-hectare garden are two heated swimming pools, a tennis court, a gym and a chef’s table, where dishes can be prepared and eaten in the shade of fig trees. Evenings are given over to al fresco cinema with classics, while summer days can be spent on the nearby Fuseta Island beach, which can be reached by the shuttle bus in high season and a hotel boat that takes you across to the golden sands.
