They will ensure the treatments are tailoured for your specific conditions and complaints. This could be recommending the temperature of the mud, the place of application on the body and the type of massage technique used.

- Thermal Treatments and Massage

Daily mud and bathing treatments and massage. The treatments take place in the morning, beginning with applying mud to the suitable areas, followed by a wrap for 15 minutes to allow the health boosting minerals to be absorbed. Following this you are immersed in a thermal water bath. The thermal bath helps loosen the muscles and aids relaxation, making the most of the soothing action of the mud applied earlier.

You can have your massage directly after or relax for a bit. To fully maximise the effects, it is recommend you use the spa facilities before and after your treatments.

Outside in the extensive gardens, you have a choice of three pools filled with thermal water at varying temperatures and one indoor pool also filled with thermal water.
