Consultations and Examinations -

You’ll begin your programme with a medical consultation and a review of your medical history. Further examination will be carried out by the balneology specialist who will recommend your drinking therapy.

Your cannabinoid consultant will then create a personalised dosage and schedule which may be adjusted throughout your stay to ensure you are receiving the optimum benefits.

A nutritional review and laboratory tests will also be carried out to assist in diagnosing any health issues which may be impacting your sleep.

Cannabinoid therapy -

At the start of your program, you will receive a personalized prescription for Cannabinoid oils, including the recommended dosage and schedule. Your consultant will regularly review and make adjustments as needed to ensure you receive the maximum benefits throughout your stay.

Drinking Therapy -

During your balneologist examination, you will be recommended a specific programme of drinking therapy. Drinking of the Donat Mg natural mineral water takes place at the famous Mineral water Pavilion. The drinking therapy is a ritual which must be repeated at least three times a day, always from twenty minutes to half an hour before eating. At the beginning of the drinking treatment with the medicinal mineral water, each visitor is given their own glass with a measuring scale, which will accompany them throughout the therapy.

Treatments -

To complement the benefits of cannabinoid therapy a number of treatments are included.

• Magnesium bath, 20 mins (x3) and magnesium mud wrap, 40 mins (x2) help to restore the bodies levels of magnesium. Helping to reduce stress, improve mood and ease muscle aches and pains. 
• Facial reflexology 40 mins  (x2) and hand reflexology 40 mins (x2) trigger stress and relaxation points elsewhere in the body.

Treatments cont. -

• Inhalations 10 mins, (x3) Tiny mineral water particles are breathed in and go into your body through your respiratory system. They help moisturize and clear your respiratory tract, and also make it easier to cough. Inhaling this type of therapy is suggested for both preventing and treating respiratory problems, especially for people living in polluted cities, smokers, and those with chronic lung conditions.
• Bowen therapy 50 mins (x2) Considered by many to be the world’s leading technique in structural and spinal therapy for lasting pain removal and rejuvenation. It is a remarkably effective professional bodywork technique, that when applied, initiates a process of natural auto-regulation to occur in the spinal column and consequently throughout the whole body. The resultant effect of this is a rapid elimination or reduction of symptoms, followed by an increase in energy and an unmistakable sense of well-being.

You will stay for 7 nights in Rogaska Grand Hotel. This includes; 

• Accommodation in a premium double room (Single use)
