There are only 15 rooms, all en suite with shower/bath. Rooms are fitted with hair dryers, safes as well as mini bar plus tea/coffee station and all have air-conditioning. All rooms have television with selected satellite (DSTV) channels.

The hotel is family friendly and there is an interleading room for a family with children. Some of the rooms can also take an extra bed to sleep one child under 12 years of age.

There is a large pool as well as a huge rooftop sundeck that offers panoramic views of Table Mountain and Lions Head and is an inviting sundowner spot!

The Three Boutique Hotel is a 275 year old National Monument which has undergone an extensive refurbishment, retaining part of its old charm with a touch of modern.

Owner run, you can be sure of a welcoming stay in Cape Town. The hotel is centrally located and an easy 15 minute walk to the wide selection of restaurants in Kloof Street. Driving to either the V&A Waterfront, or Camps Bay or Clifton beaches is an easy 10 minute drive.

Laundry can be done for you and there is also complimentary WiFi available to all guests.
