The Luxury Rooms are set around the rose garden and fountains. Each room has an en-suite bathroom, a private patio, fireplace, minibar, coffee and tea making facilities, television, air-conditioning and underfloor heating.
The Family Cottage is set at the top end of the property, featuring a loft area with two extra-long single beds and an extra-long king bed. This private and cosy cottage also offers a small kitchenette, a private patio, minibar, coffee and tea making facilities, television, as well as air-conditioning and underfloor heating.
The Family Suite is a newly built airy and sunny suite, perfect for a family of 6. The suite offers a large open-plan bedroom/lounge for the parents and a separate bedroom with bunkbeds. The outside patio overlooks the gardens and the pool. The room also has a minibar, coffee and tea making facilities, television, as well as air-conditioning and underfloor heating.
The Honeymoon Suite is a very romantic suite with all that you need for a special occasion. It is privately tucked away on the edge of a small, lush and shady forest near the Koornlands River. The honeymoon suite has a private entrance and balcony and offers a carved four-posted bed and large bathroom, together with air-conditioning, underfloor heating, minibar, coffee and tea making facilities and television.

Swellendam’s surroundings offer guests the opportunity to truly rest, but also offers a wide variety of activities. Hiking, horse-trails, bike-trails, trail-runs, water sports, as well as visits to the nearby Nature Reserves. Travel down to the coast at the De Hoop Nature Reserve for seasonal whale watching or enjoy a short journey over the Tradouw’s Pass to Barrydale as well as a day trip wine-tasting in the Robertson Wine Valley or down to Malgas.
