Singapore Stopover

Singapore is an ideal stopover destination. With two nights and three days, you can see the highlights of the city, get a little off the beaten track, and still have time to relax. We’ve put together this sample itinerary to give you an idea of what your stopover will look like but there are plenty of other options. If you’d rather walk the trails of a nature reserve than through the Peranakan shophouses and lanes of town, or to catch sunset over Sentosa’s beaches instead of at a rooftop bar, simply say the word.

Your Itinerary

Day 1 - Welcome to Singapore

Once you’ve cleared the airport – itself a destination in its own right! – your driver will take you to your hotel to settle in. If your flight lands early in the day, we can arrange for a guide to give you a short tour today to orientate you to this vibrant city-state. Otherwise, pop out to a hawker stall to eat with the locals or simply settle in and relax.

Day 2 - The best bits of Singapore

Your guide and driver will take you today to see many of Singapore’s most iconic sights: the colonial district, Chinatown, Kampong Glam, the Merlion, and more. After a few hours to rest in the afternoon, meet your guide for a walk through Gardens by the Bay as dusk settles and the Supertrees light up. Take in the views from atop Marina Bay Sands, and drift along the river on a bumboat.

Day 3 - Off the beaten track

Enjoy the morning with your guide taking a colourful journey into the history of Singapore’s Peranakan culture. These Straits-born Chinese with Malay heritage play a significant role in Singapore’s history. Explore the shophouses, see traditional dress, and taste a few nyonya desserts. The afternoon and evening are yours to explore Singapore’s many delights.
