First you will visit Brimstone Hill is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the best-preserved historical fortifications in the Americas. The construction of Brimstone Hill began in 1690. From the top, the islands of St. Eustatius (Statia), Saba, and sometimes St Barths can be seen.
You can then go to Old Road Rum for some Rum Tasting. The Old Road Rum Company exists to bring rum production back to the island of St. Kitts. Rum first flowed from the Old Road Distillery in 1681, making it the oldest surviving rum distillery in the Caribbean. Tour the distillery while enjoying one of their craft cocktails and finish with a rum tasting.

Challenge yourself as you hike Mount Liamuiga (4-6 hours) Explore the 3,792-ft (1,156-metre) Mount Liamuiga or 3,232-ft (985-metre) Mt Nevis on foot during a guided trek. Hikers need to be quite physically fit to complete these routes, and for safety’s sake, it is necessary to go with qualified guides. The shores, mountain valleys and coastal lagoons host yet more stunning species – including nocturnal herons and swifts gracing the night sky and the early dawn – each one a beautiful sight in an idyllic location.
You can perhaps start the day with some fishing. There are many reefs off Nevis, and hence plenty of reef fish. These reefs also create drop-offs, and it is here where you will find an abundance of game fish, such as Wahoo, Tuna, Blue Marlin, White Marlin, Sailfish, and Kingfish.
