This sophisticated hotel offers a beautiful selection of spacious bungalows and suites, nestled in tropical gardens behind a large swimming pool, which will make it hard to believe you are so close to town.
With only 26 rooms spread over the grounds it offers an intimate stay, further enhanced by the wonderful staff on hand and friendly management team, who will cater to your every need (and leave you thoughtful turndown gifts!)
Ideal for couples or families, there are four different types of accommodation available. The classic rooms, which are based in the main house, are smart and pleasant and ideal for those travelling on a smaller budget. However, we recommend the stunning bungalows and suites, which is what our prices are based on.
Uniquely decorated in a blend of Asian and Art Deco themes, the 17 bungalows with King-size beds have huge ceiling to floor windows facing a lush, private terrace and garden at the back, where you will also find an outdoor shower. The rooms are spacious with a large sitting area and have wonderful extras like a Nespresso machine and private sauna.
The executive suites are even larger and boast their own private jacuzzi in the garden. Meanwhile, the Red Poppy is almost twice as big and ideal for families. Set up with two King-sized beds, cushion seating and couches, it can fit further extra beds in it. It also has a private garden with a large jacuzzi and two sun beds.
The hotel in near the peaceful Siem Reap river, only 6km from the Angkor temples, and 15 minutes from Siem Reap international airport. It takes about four minutes by tuk-tuk to reach the heart of Siem Reap.
The hotel has a good-sized outdoor swimming pool for all guests to use, which remains open in the evening, and has sun loungers and a pool bar besides it. The Heritage restaurant offers an excellent range of Khmer specialities and has a great a la carte breakfast menu in the morning, which is included.
The cosy and stylish spa on site is the perfect way to unwind after a hard day of temple gazing.
