The house has 2,250sq.ft. of covered living space, with cooling ceiling fans throughout and air-conditioning in the bedrooms. All three bedrooms have en-suite shower-rooms and ample storage. Bedroom one has a king-sized bed (6ft). Bedroom two has a queen-sized bed (5ft). Bedroom three, on the ground floor, has two standard double beds (4ft 6in) and opens onto the verandah.

The large, airy living/dining area also opens onto the verandah, which is equipped with dining furniture, gas BBQ, and sun-recliners which enable guests to take advantage of the 10ft x 8ft plunge pool.

There is a fully equipped kitchen complete with cooker and fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. A separate utility area houses a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Facilities for guests’ use include direct-dial phone, CD hi-fi, cable TV and electronic safe. A daily maid service (6 days a week) is included and the housekeeper will also cook or baby-sit by arrangement. Linen, bath towels and beach towels are also provided.

The Villa is about 15 minutes from Crown Point airport and within easy reach of many of Tobago’s finest beaches and restaurants.

Tobago offers great snorkelling, scubadiving, wind-surfing and game fishing. For golfers, there are two 18-hole courses close to the Villa. And there are guided walks in lush tropical forests full of exotic birds and wildlife. The island’s main forest reserve has been protected for over two hundred years.

The villa benefits from on-site management and 24 hour security at Sanctuary Resort. Airport pick-up and/or car hire can be arranged. Welcome packs can be provided at the villa.
