Inside, it's open-concept in the main living area - a welcoming sea of space awaits - with high ceilings and gentle breezes. The eye is drawn to the panoramic view of Grafton beach and the Great Courland Bay area.

Wander out onto the spacious covered decking and there it is. A stunning uninterrupted vista over Grafton Beach and the open sea. Enjoy it whilst relaxing in the hammock or cooling off in the plunge pool or cooking on the BBQ in the evening.

The villa features three en suite rooms, one of them with a private kitchenette and access onto the decking. There is air con in the bedrooms but for those wanting to experience the cooling night time breezes there are door and window grilles for added security.

The villa may also be booked by a couple in the one bedroom annexe with the kitchenette and the direct acess to the decking.

There is also private access to a secluded beach in front of the villa through a locked gate. The house is very secure and is set in its own gated and fenced grounds.

Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, barbecue pit, washer and dryer, dishwasher, television with direct TV,a stereo system, WIFI, parking for up to three cars, a maid service once a week.

The Villa is near the historic Fort Bennet built by the Dutch between 1628 and 1636. Grafton Beach is only a ten-minute walk from the villa and the airport is just a 20-minute drive. There is the Seahorse restaurant and bar at Grafton beach for a great dinner and the Fish Pot restaurant a 5 minute drive away for lunch or dinner. Diving may also be arranged at the dive centre at Grafton Beach. Mount Irvine Golf course is a 10 minute drive.
