There are four bedrooms, two are master bedrooms, and each bedroom has a bath ensuite. The entire house opens onto a large verandah that overlooks the Atlantic. Floors are hardwood and the ceilings are high open rafters, and gypsum in the bedrooms. Finishings and furnishings are simple and elegant.

Bacolet beach is a short walk down the private cul de sac lane and then down a little path to the beach. It would take less than 5 minutes to walk there.

On the beach is the Bluehaven Hotel beach bar where you can have a light lunch or a drink. The hotel itself is elevated on the other side of the beach.

Also nearby is the Bacolet Beach Club boutique hotel where one can dine in their Cafe Havana.
