Providing views of Taal Volcano, Club Balai Isabel is set on the shores of Taal Lake. Committed to preserving the area's natural beauty, the hotel has committed to developing less than one third of the land on which the hotel sits. The result is spacious grounds and gardens in which to stroll and relax in the shade.

Standard rooms have two queen beds or one queen bed on a lower level and two more in a loft. Superior rooms, also with two queen beds, have a private balcony or veranda and garden or volcano views. Deluxe Rooms are located on the fourth and fifth floors and have garden or volcano views. These spacious rooms can sleep up to six adults with three queen beds in each room. All have private verandahs. One Premium Room offers a suite configuration with a separate living room. Also containing three queen-sized beds, this room can accommodate up to six people. All rooms are non-smoking and include a mini-refrigerator and a working desk.

Rooms are located in separate buildings and only one building has a lift, the rest are stair-access only. Terraza Café and Restaurant serves a variety of local and international cuisine including fish caught in the nearby lake. An additional cafe is open on weekends. The resort's spa offers massages, facials, and other traditional spa treatments. Kayaks, paddleboats, and jet skis are available for hire. With three swimming pools, there are plenty of places to relax by the water.

Club Balai Isabel is located on the northern shore of Lake Taal, providing easy access to Taal Volcano. A limited number of shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The hotel is approximately two hours drive south from Manila.
