Quinta Miraflores is not just another formulaic boutique hotel; but one of the coziest B&Bs in town - oozing flare and comfort. Run by Barbara and her charming assistant Erika, they will personally accommodate your needs and put together tailor-made suggestions. It's feels rather like a home from home... and how better than to experience a city like Lima than with the locals!

The 4 exclusive rooms are filled with light, the beds are large and comfortable, the bathrooms have a really nice size and the room serviced breakfast is to die for. And not to forget the brilliant location, walking distance to some of the best dining spots in town and very well placed with the rest of the city.

There are 2 categories of rooms available: Suites and Premium. All rooms have air-conditioning or heating depending on the season, LED TV, WiFi and MiniBars, plus a choice of pillow firmness.

The Premium rooms are named “Violet” and “Beige”, both are located on the 1st floor of the house, are around 20m2 and have Queen-sized beds; Violet has a small balcony and it’s slightly larger than Beige. Both have showers only with no bath tubs. The Suites are named “Orange” and “Green”, both are located on the very quiet ground floor, are double the Premium rooms size: 40 m2, have King-sized beds (an optional additional bed on demand), overlook the inner garden and another historical townhouse and both have bathtubs as well as showers.

Quinta Miraflores takes care of breakfast (served in your room as there is no restaurant), with a beautiful spread of fresh fruits, exceptional yogurt and good strong coffee (maybe better than in many places, as their owners are Italian!). Most of the travellers staying at Quinta Miraflores recommend visiting the jaw-dropping amazonian restaurant “Amaz” by internationally acclaimed chef Pedro Schiaffino - don’t miss the cocktails while there - or for a more homey Peruvian meal, don’t miss Tanta. Both just a few steps from your door.

Additionally, there’s a nice inner garden area where you can enjoy your breakfast.

Quinta Miraflores is located in Av. 28 de Julio, just a 10 minute walk from Kennedy Park, Larcomar Shopping mall is a 5-minute walk away, whereas the Malecon Ocean Boulevard is 10 minutes away by car.
