Killawasi Lodge is located in the heart of the beautiful Colca Valley, in the cozy village of Yanque, is just minutes away from the thermal waters, its central square and it’s beautiful colonial church. The lodge is has a strategic location to visit the Colca Canyon and engage in ecotourism and adventure activities, and the lodge has some of the best guides we ran across in the country. The experience is well rounded with great rooms that are spacious, warm and very clean.

There are 3 different kinds of accommodations: Junior Suite, Deluxe and Family Duplex. All rooms feature a warm décor with a mix of wood and Peruvian local textiles and arts, and provide stunning views of the valley with private balconies. All bathrooms have a baths and a showers as well. Heating and complimentary WiFi are also provided.
Junior suite rooms are 37 m2 with beautiful views of the gardens, the mountains or the volcanoes. There’s a choice of extra-large double bed, two single beds, three single beds or an extra-large bed with a single bed.

Deluxe rooms are 40 m2 (despite the name they are bigger, better and a little bit more expensive than the Junior Suites) - they are strategically located to enjoy a breathtaking view of the mountains. There’s a choice of an extra-large double bed or two single beds. We think it is worth upgrading to this option.

Family duplex room is a spacious two-level room with private bathroom, equipped with an extra-large double bed on the first level and three single beds on the second level. The views are not as great as the deluxe rooms but this is the best option for families.

The hotel’s restaurant, Quinoa, offers a delicious “novoandina” cuisine made with fresh and organic ingredients, in a cozy atmosphere with an impressive view of the mountain. A pub area is also available with a nice variety of drinks.

Excursions with outstanding guides are also offered to the natural attractions in the near. A spa is planned for 2019 - 2020.

The hotel is located in Yanque village, 160 km from Arequipa, 8 km from Chiva and 35 km from the Viewpoint of the Cross of the Condor.
