With daily yoga sessions set in the pretty lush green environment to the sound of birds and pounding surf, this is the ultimate spot to kick back and relax. You won’t even need to unpack your shoes!

All of the rooms have their own outdoor space and many have alfresco showers. We love the easy-breezy beach style decor with white upholstery, draping mosquito nets and ceiling fans. There are no phones, although you will find TVs cleverly hidden under slipcovers.

The entry-level rooms are the Barro, Piedra and Hualtaco rooms which are all beautiful, airy and have garden views. Upgrade to the Elefante or Ki rooms for ocean views. Meanwhile, the four suite rooms - named Himalaya, Balance, Neem and Chic offer phenomenal outdoor spaces, some with private plunge pools.

While no meat is served in the restaurant, the hotel has developed two fine cuisines; vegetarian & fish bar, in the search for the balance between water and earth. And there is a beautiful little bar, perfected for those sunset cocktails.
