Situated on one of the two very quiet and beautiful colonial hills above noisy but warmhearted Kalaw. Service from all the staff is excellent, as well as the restaurant’s breakfast à la carte.
The accommodations are very cozy and at the end of the day, after exploring around the hotel’s privileged location, you can relax at the Resort’s sauna and jacuzzi.

There are 4 different kinds of accommodations offered: Royal Boutique, Deluxe, Royal Executive and Royal Villas. They all include air conditioning, a minibar, and a desk, as well as free wifi.
The Royal Boutique rooms are 30 m2, located in the old colonial building, built in 1918, and overlooking the lush green garden. They offer twin or double bedding, bathroom with a bathtub, antique furniture and a decorative original fireplace.
Deluxe rooms are either twin or double and 35 m2, these are the standard category at the two-story building and offer a small balcony and a bathroom with a bathtub and walk-in shower.
The Royal Executive is 45 m2, also located in the old colonial building. This luxurious suite offers a spacious room area with a comfortable king size bed, separate dressing room, bathroom with a bathtub, en suite antique furniture and a decorative original fireplace.
Villas are the largest in the property, with 100 m2 and they boast a large balcony and either a king sized bed or two single beds. They are equipped with a large bathroom with separate rain shower and bathtub. Hand-made wooden and antique furniture plus decorative fireplace give the room a Colonial taste.

Facilities include a 24-hour reception, pampering massages and bicycle rental. An array of activities can be enjoyed on site or in the surroundings, including horse riding and hiking.

Dinner is available a la carte in the Resort’s restaurant, and they also offer a nice wine selection.

The property is a 10-minute from Kalaw Market and a 15-minute from Shwe Oo Min Cave. Heho Airport is a 45-minute drive away.
Tip: visit the market in Kalaw (every five days). Never seen a better and quieter one: farmers show their vegetables and fruit in total silence! Is a truly unique sighting!
