Family Deluxe Bungalows area haven for holidaying families. One room with king size bed and the other bedroom with twin beds. The rooms have connecting doors and each with their own beach front sea view terrace deck.

The resort's Deluxe rooms come with either a garden or sea view. The rooms are simple yet elegant with cream walls, slanted wooden roofs, smart grey bricked bathrooms and have private balconies where guests can enjoy the ocean air and recharge their batteries. The upstairs rooms are our favourite as many of them have sea-views as well as high beamed ceilings - they feel very light and spacious. The bathrooms are wet rooms, which is very common in Myanmar.

The rooms are very spacious, comfortable and well appointed but the communal areas, including the gardens and the concrete staircase that goes upstairs in the deluxe block, are not quite as well maintained. But this remains a great option for the traveller who is looking for a more affordable beach option.

The Pleasant View Islet BBQ Restaurant is the place to treat yourself to a barbecue with an outstanding view of the Ngapali Beach. Enjoy cold beers, food cooked to your order, fishing and swimming.

Pleasant View Resort is a 15-minute car ride from Masin Airport. The property is a 30-minute drive from both Thandwe Town and Pearl Island.
