There are 5 different kinds of accommodations offered: Superior, Superior Executive, Deluxe, Deluxe Executive and Junior Suite. All include plush beds, LCD flat screen television, minibar, complimentary Wifi access, tea and coffee making facilities, a personal safe and direct dial telephone. They also boast 5-meter high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows to let in natural light, smoked-oak parquet floor, elegant design and modern amenities.
Superior rooms are 30-36 m2 and are fitted with a King Size bed and bathroom with rain shower. Superior Executive are similar, but offer in addition 3rd and 4th floor locations (more removed from the Lobby), with access to the Newsroom Club benefits.
Deluxe rooms are 37-45 m2 and offer twin beds that are convertible into one King Size, a bathtub and rain shower. An additional bed can be placed in the room for a child aged under 16 with additional charge. Deluxe Executive rooms are similar, and offer in addition location on the 4th floor with access to the Newsroom Club benefits.
Junior Suites are the largest in the property with 54 m2, the bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and rain shower, and they offer access to the Newsroom Club benefits.

For dining, there are 2 well differentiated and conceptualized spaces: The Newsroom and The Steel Brothers Wine & Grill.
The first one is an all-day dining café deli that serves freshly baked breads, sandwiches, salads, pastas, homemade pastries and afternoon tea. Open from 6:30am to 11:30pm. It also offers an extensive drinks menu, a wide selection of premium and fine wines from all over the world, vintage liqueurs and tapas every evening.
The second is a stylish and contemporary restaurant, open everyday for breakfast from 6:00am until 11:00 am and for dinner from 6:00pm until 11:00pm, with a great Grill selection as the name indicates.

You can also unwind and indulge at Excelsior Spa. The three treatment room spa boasts a range of therapeutic massages and fitness facilities. Traditionally trained massage therapists revive and revitalise amid the air conditioned treatment rooms. Away from the hustle and bustle of Yangon.
