Art of Sand resort is a tranquil and beautiful hotel with charming and friendly staff. The rooms, which have views of the beach, are large, perfectly furnished and very clean. Breakfast can be personalised and sets you up for the day! The resort is first line of beaches with white sand and warm sea, and has a spectacular outdoor swimming pool.

Nestled in tropical gardens, bright and airy rooms feature 48 m2 of locally handmade wooden interiors softly blended with international comforts: spacious bathroom, large shower, mini bar, air conditioning and generous basin area which is fully equipped; with plenty of open space.
There are 2 room categories, both including upstairs and ground floor rooms and each with the same room set-up, comforts and amenities.
The Beach Front rooms offer views facing over the Bay of Bengal, with either personal terrace or wall-to-wall sliding glass doors. The Garden View rooms are cocooned in the natural greenery of the gardens and equally each include a personal terrace.

From breakfast to dinner, the open-air beachfront Restaurant offers modern Mediterranean cuisine alongside traditional Myanmar dishes, overlooking the white sands and pristine beach of Ngapali. In the relative cool of the evening, sip cocktails whilst the sun sets over the sea’s horizon on our upper floor open restaurant terrace, accompanied by the sounds of the waves. There is also a roof garden for afternoon drinks.

Among the Resort’s facilities, there is a Spa housed in a separate building with four treatment rooms including a couple’s room with adjoining bathroom and a nail salon.
The outdoor Swimming Pool is located at the edge of the property overlooking the beach next to the restaurant and bar terrace, sun beds and umbrellas on the beach directly in front of the hotel are also provided.
Onsite cinema and gym are also available in the grounds
