There is a choice of accommodation at Benguerra Lodge:
Cabanas (2): Built on the edge of the beach with queen beds& mosquito nets. There is a large bathroom with indoor/outdoor shower. The room has a mini bar, tea/coffee making facilities and overhead fan to keep cool. The private deck has a jacuzzi/plunge pool with sun loungers to absorb the view.

Casitas (11): Spacious luxury with queen beds & mosquito nets and a lounge area. There is a large private timber deck with a plunge pool or outdoor dining.

Private Villa (1): Two bedroom villa for the ultimate in beach luxury and privacy. You have your own chef, although meals can be enjoyed at the main lodge. Spacious with a private deck and swimming pool with direct access to the beach. Ideal for those looking for an intimate luxury beach escape.

Meals are enjoyed at the main lodge area and are comprised largely of freshly caught seafood - with delicacies such as prawns, crab and crayfish. Traditional Mo?ambican cuisine, Portuguese flavours and a variety of delicious dishes make up the daily menus. Breakfast and lunch are buffet affairs, while dinner is a set menu. Guests with special dietary requirements can be individually catered for.

Enjoy a sundowner at the bar during sunset to mark the end of another day of fun in the sun or a dip in the pool!

During your stay you can choose to do as much or as little as you like. From relaxing on the beach, walk through indigenous forest enjoying bird watching, have a 'cast away' picnic on a secluded beach or indulge in a spa treatment. Activities include snorkelling, Dhow trips, secluded picnics, sea kayaking, islands walks, village tours or just to relax and soak up the secluded beach surrounds.

Access to Benguerra Lodge is possible with daily flights from Johannesburg to Vilanculos and from there either a private flight or boat transfer to the island. The Bazaruto Archipelago is a tropical island approximately 900km north of Maputo. Benguerra Lodge is located in the secluded northwest of the island.
