Timoulay hotel is located on Agadir's newly developed beach front, just 30 minutes from Almassira airport and 500 metres from the beach. All the rooms have a living room space, a private terrace exposed to the sun, and a spectacular view of the bay.
Timoulay's interior design blends tradition and modernity together to create a perfect model of symbiosis between Berber-Moroccan art and modern interior design style.
A fabulous dinning experience awaits in the elegant dining room with wooden flooring which opens onto a terrace overlooking the swimming pool and gardens. Light lunches, snacks and desserts are available in the hotel's cafeteria.
Timoulay Hotel is proud of its 180 m naturally salted water swimming pool. A small swimming pool for toddlers is located near the adult swimming pool, separated by a safety barrier. At the rim of the pool and under parasols, sunbathers are able to relax in peaceful gardens. A fitness room welcomes clients for weight lifting, cardio training or stretching.

The hotel consists of:

- Fully equipped and adjustable Multimedia Room, with natural day light and a view of the ocean and its dunes
- 2 communicating meeting rooms with natural day light and a view of the bay and its dunes. Both rooms are equipped with the latest multi media apparatus.
The hotel offers all sorts of spa treatments.
All rooms are equipped with magnetic card locks, smoke detectors and a safe deposit box (at no extra charge). Air conditioning and high speed connexion modem plugs and wireless LAN connexions are installed in all rooms, as well as the wireless LAN connexions in all common areas, including the swimming pool and garden area.
The suites and rooms are equipped with: a mini bar, an individual safe deposit box, a hair dryer, a magnifying mirror, a telephone, and a TV with remote control, featuring international satellite channels.

Superior Room:
Spacious and sunny, 40 square metre rooms have a fully equipped bathroom with a bathtub and a large terrace overlooking the swimming pool with its gardens and/or the ocean. The rooms are composed of 2 adjacent twin beds, a living room area with a sofa which can serve as a third bed.
Deluxe Room:
They are identical to the Superior rooms except for their extra large 15 square metre terraces overlooking the swimming pool and/or the ocean. The terraces have 2 wooden sun chairs with mattress and a parasol, ideal for sunbathing in total privacy.
Junior Suite:
Elegant and sunny, 50 square metres Junior Suites are composed of a bedroom with a king size bed, a fully equipped bathroom with a bathtub, a large linked living room with 2 sofas which can serve as extra beds, a dining room area, and a balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean.
Timoulay Suite:
The 50 square metres Timoulay Suites are light. They are composed of a bedroom with 2 adjacent twin beds, a large linked living room with 2 sofas which can serve as extra beds, 2 independent bathrooms, one with a bathtub, and the other with a shower, and a 9 square metre sunny terrace overlooking the swimming pool with its gardens.
The hotel provides 2 superior rooms designed for wheelchair users, with bathrooms especially equipped and wheelchair-accessible terraces. It has extra-wide corridors, elevator access to all levels and wheelchair access to all common areas (except for our multimedia room).
