Three terraces offer breathtaking views of the different aspects of the Fes Medina. It is on these terraces that, when the weather is warm, you will be served your Moroccan breakfasts, lunches or dinners. In the winter, the restaurant, set up in the covered courtyard provides the setting where you will dine on traditional home cooked dishes.

For those wishing private accommodation, the Pavillion de l'Astrolabe offers four deluxe and one standard room around a courtyard with a central fountain and two Moorish salons.

Riad Maison Bleue occupies a 19th Century house previously belonging to Moulay Bel Arbi El Alaoui, eminent judge and professor of theology. The famous Moroccan philosopher, Aziz Lahbabi was also born and raised in this house. Today, Riad Maison Bleue, the second guest house restored and run by the El Abbadi family, consists of three interconnecting courtyards where guests feel as though they are negotiating the alleyways of the ancient Medina of Fes.
