Your Itinerary

Day 1 - Welcome to Mexico City

Once you arrive at the Mexico City International Airport you will be transferred to a hotel located downtown. Since there are no scheduled activities in the afternoon, you can enjoy a walk in the area. We can book you one of the many epic restaurants or you can freestyle and eat all of the tacos and tostadas the markets have to offer.

Day 2 - Mexico City Tour

A Mexico City Tour will help you acclimatise. Some sites to visit are the National Palace, Zocalo Square, Metropolitan Cathedral, the Anthropology Museum (which presents the country’s many pre-Hispanic civilisations: Toltecs – Zapotecs) and the world famous Guadalupe Shrine.

Day 3 - TEOTIHUACÁN

Today we will depart to the Archeological site of Teotihuacan where you can enjoy a spectacular view of the area from the top of the pyramids (or a hot air balloon if that takes your fancy!) and spend the afternoon exploring the city.

Day 4 - 9 - San Miguel de Allende

Today you will depart for San Miguel de Allende; it’s cobbled streets, wooded courtyards, fine architectural details and sumptuous interiors will enchant you. Here you visit the more than 100 art galleries whilst you take art lessons and workshops if this appeals to you.

Day 9 - 13 - Puerto Vallarta

Today you will head to Puerto Vallarta. With some of the least-touched coastline in  Mexico, it’s beaches are scattered with makeshift bars and studded with palms, where you can dine on freshly caught seafood whilst you watch the most stunning sunsets. The ocean also offers a plethora of options from relaxing by sheltered swimming holes, famous surf breaks and boat trips to name a few.

Day 14 - Home

Day you will return home bronzed and full of stories.

You’ll start in Mexico City, where you can acclimatise, have a tour of the city and visit to the Archeological site of Teotihuacan. Next you will head to San Miguel de Allende is an art enthusiast’s dream destination with over 100 art galleries, its attractive and cosmopolitan appearance blended with the city’s historical and architectural heritage, means it is considered one of the most beautiful cities in Mexico. In 2008 it was recognised, along with the Sanctuary of Jesus of Atotonilco, as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton purchased a home and in Puerto Vallarta in the 1960s, and, with this romantic story and it being smaller scale than the likes of Cancún or Acapulco, it is right up Fleewinter’s street. It boasts isolated coves, a town which is backed by forested mountains, lagoons, jungles and cute villages.
