Cap Ouest consists of five luxury fully-equipped suites located in Flic-en-Flac. Wake up to the sound of crashing waves in your own private beachfront apartment, the perfect holiday for families and friends, while still enjoying all the hotel-like amenities. Cap Ouest is conveniently located just 2km from Flic en Flac, with a number of local shops and cafes. However it may be hard to extract yourself from the the tranquil natural surroundings of lush gardens and the sea, where you’ll be privately tucked away.

The Facilities
Guests will enjoy a pool overlooking the ocean, lush gardens and full-service amenities such as housekeeping, laundry, and in-dining catering. Pool area is surrounded with sun loungers and umbrellas for optimal sunbathing comfort.

The Apartments
All Suites are designed for optimal comfort with a breathtaking view of the turquoise lagoon. Each luxury apartment is fully equipped with an open floor plan living area and a full kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. There are two 3-bedroom apartments and three 2-bedroom apartments each with air conditioning, satellite TV, free WiFi and ensuite bathrooms. Each 2 bedroom units are sea-facing with spectacular views of ocean and pool, and have queen size beds. There is a terrace opening to the sea, complete with barbeque and all tools.

The 3 bedroom units are sea-facing suitable for families of 6 or larger groups. All bedrooms have queen size beds and ensuite bathrooms with bathtub. There is one sea-view Penthouse with 2 bedrooms and sweeping panoramic ocean views. It’s located on the second floor and has a large veranda and private plunge pool.
