All suites have two king beds so they can accommodate up to four people. All have floor-to-ceiling windows, a private balcony with dip pool, and an oversize bathroom. Premium suites have full sea views while Executive suites have partial sea views.

The hotel is home to multiple dining options. Roselle Coffee House serves buffet breakfast and an a la carte menu for all day dining, and buffets are available during weekends and festive seasons. The menu is a mix of local and international offerings. Open for lunch and dinner, Umi serves classic Japanese cuisine and seasonal Japanese-inspired dishes. The poolside Juice Bar blends fruits and vegetables for a healthy bit of refreshment. On the hotel's highest floor sits the Sky Lite Bar, open in the late afternoon and well into the night for drinks and light meals with al fresco and air conditioned seating areas. Half and full board packages are available.

Lexis Suites Penang is located a 10 minute drive from Penang International Airport in an area away from the tourist trail. The surrounding area has an old Malaya "village" feel and you'll find plenty of local restaurants within walking distance including many offering freshly caught seafood. Shuttle service to George Town is available.

The beach area is small but a spacious lawn offers loungers and sea views as well as a volleyball court and other beach activities.
