The three-star Navat Hotel is one of Bishkek’s newest hotels, opening its doors in 2019. If you’re looking for a place to stay that oozes charm and charisma, and has a superb city-centre location, this boutique hotel is a top choice. A short stroll will lead you to Bishkek’s must-see sights, such as the National Library of Kyrgyzstan, the Opera and Ballet Theatre, Museum of Fine Arts and Ala-Too Square. Back at the hotel, you’ll feel a world away from the buzzing city, with its stunning setting among the trees.
Navat Hotel has a home-away-from-home feel about it, the cosy interiors and friendly English-speaking staff making the vibe here very warm and welcoming. Most of the décor has been handmade by the skilled craftspeople of Kyrgyzstan. Picture colourful geometric rugs, intricately-patterned chairs, cushions and throws, majestic golden lanterns and Kyrgyz art.
Breakfast at the hotel is à la carte and the service is fantastic. There are just 14 rooms spread out over three storeys, so it’s very private. Like the rest of the hotel, each room has a local and authentic style, with lots of wooden touches and pretty textiles. They all have a private bathroom, flat-screen TV, air conditioning and Wi-Fi.
