Loisaba Lodge sits high up on a ridge overlooking a small watering hole, with views of Mount Kenya and beyond. From the deck of the lodge, equipped with telescope, you can see giraffe, zebra, gazelle, elephant and wild dog vying for the best drinking spots.

Loisaba Starbeds has 3 en-suite rooms, each with a main area which includes a wardrobe, seating area and safe. The rooms have a large balcony, so that guests can wheel their Star Beds out and enjoy a night under the thatched roof. Alternatively, guests can wheel their beds out and lie looking up at the blanket of stars above. Each room is uniquely laid out and decorated, with many of the furnishings having been crafted from local artefacts at Loisaba itself.

Additional facilities at Loisaba lodge include a swimming pool, tennis court, boules court and massage facilities. Loisaba lodge offers dining in style with international and innovative cuisine or guests may choose to enjoy a meal out in the bush.

Activities include day and night game drives, guided nature walks, game viewing from horseback, camel trekking along the Ewaso Nyiro River or across the Kenyan plains, mountain biking and fishing. Guests may also choose to go on a cultural visit to a local Samburu village, or visit the Loisaba Conservancy’s anti-poaching dog unit.
