The ryokan’s restaurant, the prestigious Kaiseki Kadan, is one of the best in the area. Their specialty Kaiseki cuisine consists of a traditional Japanese multi-course dinner made from a great variety of high-quality seasonal ingredients. The restaurant is located at the former Kaminomiya Villa and was built in the early Showa era, offering an authentic and elegant and a truly unforgettable dining experience.

As in every ryokan, in Kora Kadan both dinner and breakfast are included in the price. Traditional Japanese food (Kaiseki cuisine) is offered for dinner, however, for breakfast both Western and Japanese options are available.
